Tasked by BNY Mellon's CEO, Robin Vince, I led a team in curating a dynamic live experience to commemorate his one-year anniversary in office and unveil the firm's strategic pillars. This initiative was part of our monthly townhall, BK Live, which traditionally features live updates from our CEO and senior leaders. For this special occasion, I opted to collaborate with a third-party production and AV company, transforming the venue with a 30ft curved LED screen, a well-designed stage, and captivating lighting.

My responsibilities encompassed every facet of the experience, from selecting the location and technology to managing the brand, content, and graphics. I conducted weekly meetings to ensure alignment among internal and external stakeholders. In preparation, I coordinated rehearsals with our CEO, accommodating his schedule and incorporating his preferences. Working closely with the production vendor, I arranged a mock experience in our boardroom, allowing our CEO to practice with confidence monitors.

In collaboration with the CEO, I fine-tuned the script, adding cues to his cards and guiding him on audience interaction, camera focus, and pacing. Beyond overseeing the brand, creative elements, and project plan, I assumed the role of stage manager during the event. This involved managing the AV team and serving as the show caller. I meticulously created a run of show, detailing every action with timestamps, including music, lights, VOGs (Voice of God), and screen graphics.

The success of the event was evident as we surpassed our usual global attendance of 3k, hosting approximately 7k participants. The CEO personally expressed gratitude for my expertise, acknowledging that the event wouldn't have been as successful without my contributions. With over 10 years of experience, I have consistently conducted events of a similar nature, bringing a wealth of expertise to the seamless execution of this commemorative occasion.
